In May 2017. I approached Lindsy for assistance in selling my Florida home. Because I know Lindsy and because we are not ordinarily resident in the USA, I felt comfortable putting this project under her care. Lindsy very quickly put the house on the market. By early September, an offer had been made. Lindsy advised that we could either accept the offer or make a counter offer. I accepted the latter and made a counter offer which was quickly accepted by the buyers. She advised carefully on the inspection report and using the terms of our original sales contract, advised where we could push back and where we should not. On every step of the procedure, I felt very comfortable calling Lindsy and seeking advice or feedback on the developments. Towards the end Lindsy was extremely helpful in arranging a closing date, October 24, that was suitable for us, as overseas travelers. Finally, Lindsy stood by our side at the closing and was able to provide assistance on questions or queries to which we, as non-residents, were unable to respond. I would recommend Lindsy to my best friends, and to anyone going through the process of selling a property and who wants a smooth and easy procedure.

Selling my home of 25 years was a very difficult decision to make. Carl Bailey understood this and his genuine care and support throughout the entire process couldn’t have been more helpful.
